  DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS PLACE. I would give the pediatric dentists negative starts if possible. Worst dentists I have ever met. The nurses and the receptionist are polite and friendly, but the pediatric dentists are something else.  My 6-year-old daughter had an abscess tooth. We went to this place to have the tooth removed after a week of antibiotics provided by an urgent care center. The dentist refused to remove my kids tooth saying my kid was crying when she touched her tooth. She told us to wait 4 weeks to put her to sleep and do other dental work at the same time. They never wanted to hear about the urgency to remove her tooth. Over the weekend my kid was in pain and when calling this place, they told us to go to the ER, which we did. The ER questioned why the tooth has not been removed, and provided pain killers. Unfortunately, the ER does not remove teeth. The following day we headed back to this place and the other pediatric dentist also refused to pull the tooth out saying my kid needs to keep on antibiotics, so she prescribed stronger antibiotics. When told about the ER trip this dentist just mocked the ER saying it was “just a nurse” and “they don’t know”. All they wanted to do is keep my kid on drugs and pain for 4 weeks until they can put her to sleep and do all the work at once. All we wanted was to get a tooth removed and were ok with doing the work later. They just didn’t get it and talked to my wife as if she didn’t understand them. My wife was begging for them to remove the tooth. Finally, we went to another place and found more experienced pediatric dentists that understood the URGENCY of pulling that tooth out. The new dentist did it the same day and said the other work can be done later. So, do not waste your time with this place.  I do not know if all they wanted was money for fixing my kids other teeth, or if they are just plain inexperienced. There are plenty of dentists around so look around. I am never going back to this place, I found a more experienced dentist for my kids elsewhere. A good dentist/doctor knows what is URGENT and needs to be done. They would not keep my kid on drugs so they can make more money by doing other cosmetic work.

  Rather than admitting an error in booking, they took my small child to the back for an adult cleaning with a dentist that clearly wasn't trained in pediatric dental. Rather than using the electric spinner for the cleaning, the dentist opted for the metal pick/scraper, jabbed my child and made her bleed and cry almost immediately. They also failed to notice a number of teeth that required attention, despite X-rays. Huge issue. The 45 minute wait was the least of their problems. When asked why they booked her as an adult (after the appointment), they tried to shift blame. When asked why they didn't mention it until the end of the appointment, they made excuses. We immediately found a better dentist, and when contacted to release X-rays, they failed to do so. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Atrocious.
