  Ashley was great! Dr. Yasser was very rude! As a dentist he did not introduce himself to me. While I was trying to smile at my 7 yr old to make sure he knows that everything is okay(since he was crying), the dentist quickly said mom I need to talk to you(in a rude way) while walking out of the room. After that instead of talking to me in private he was waiting in the lobby for me to meet him. He then started by saying I do not need to have any communication with my son, and smiling is a form of communication, so I can not do that. His attitude was horrible. I explained how since this is the first time my son has been at this office as a parent I am concerned that he does not feel comfortable and would like to make him feel comfortable. He stated that that is not my job, my job is to just sit there and not say or do anything. Obviously, he must not have any children. I wasn't speaking, just smiling, but I can't even do that. The conversation went on, but didn't really get anywhere. He continued to talk over me and by then, I had enough. I am pretty sure if my husband was there, he wouldn't have spoken to me the way he did. This is the first and last time I will take my child here. He is very controlling and condescending! Never going back here, and I will be reporting him to the American Dental Association!
