  This office has the worst service ever!!! I called to speak to a manager to file a complaint and they wouldn't transfer me to her without giving my personal info. I waited on hold for 6 min and i had to hang up as no one cared to assist me. My husband had an appointment for today and he took time off work and when he goes there they say oh its for the day after. They even called and confirmed the day before the time and date but when he shows up it had been moved the day after. Instead of accommodating at the time he was there, since it was their mess up, they asked him to reschedule. This office doesn't care about patient's time nor their work and that they have families to feed, all they care is their numbers. I'm disgusted with their service. Anytime i go there, if my appointment is at noon i don't get seen until 12:45pm. Their schedule is all messed up and they think that we have the time of the day to waste at a dentist's office! They will split my appointment in 2 sessions even if its for a cleaning as they don't have time to finish, and this way they can milk copay each time you go in, although its for the same problem. It's sickening! IM SOOO DONE WITH THIS PLACE! I hope they get audited and see for themselves what is going on.
