- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible customer service. I was a first time patient and forgot my health card. I know, silly. However, the receptionist wasn't helpful and couldn't be bothered to work with me. I am so disappointed. I have great insurance and could have brought the card back to the office immediately after appointment. I've been in pain for months and looking forward to seeing the doctor.
